GS6 Billeting Registration Form

All households who wish to participate as a Billet House MUST be registered.

Please refer the following guidelines for Billet Houses:

1. Once registered you will receive an email from the WCC to confirm your registration.
2. Closer to the event you will receive player details and approximate time of arrival of the player who will be staying with you.
3. Please be aware that sometimes this information is provided by the players last minute. WCC will also provide you with the player contact number so you can make contact with them prior to arrival.

Billets from previous years:

For those who have billeted before and who have direct contact with a player/s, please ensure you register your household as a Billet House. These ongoing arrangements must be kept on the official Club register. In the “other” field, please notify the Club of who will be staying at your residence.
