Men’s Golf: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear Male Golfers, 

 

Notice is hereby given that the 2021 MENS’ GOLF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held at the Clubhouse on Monday 8th November 2021 at 7.30pm (time subject to Covid restrictions) for the following purposes:

 

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive and adopt the 2021 Annual Report of the President, Captain and other relevant reports.
3. To consider and vote on any Motions with Notice that may be properly brought forward in regard to the Men’s Golf Rules.
4. To elect the following Officers of the Club:
   1. President (2 Years)
   2. Vice President (2 Years)
   3. Secretary (2 Years)
   4. One (1) Committee Member (2 Years)

The Committee would like to note and thank Peter Scott for his 8 year contribution to the committee, but wishes to advise that Peter has decided not to seek re-election.
