2024 Kia Stonic Giveaway

OUR BIGGEST MEMBER EXCLUSIVE GIVEAWAY IS BACK FOR 2024! WIN A BRAND NEW KIA STONIC “S MODEL”, valued over $28,000, thanks to our Warragul Country Club Member Rewards Program and proud sponsor, Valley Kia.

This promotion will run a little differently to our usual Monthly Member Rewards, so please note the important details below.

Promotional period: 9am on Friday 2^nd August to 7.50pm Friday 27^th September 2024.

How to enter:

1. Swipe your Warragul Country Club Membership Card at the Member Rewards Kiosk to receive your daily entry ticket (1 entry available per day).
2. Receive an entry ticket for every $20 spent venue wide (at a point of sale till) during the promotional period. To be eligible you must present your Warragul Country Club Membership Card to staff to swipe upon purchase.

Please note that for this promotion all entry tickets will be automatically dispensed into our “ticket dispenser” and will not require customer handling.

Kia Stonic Giveaway Key Terms & Conditions*

1. Each week at 8pm on Friday night, 10 entry tickets will be drawn from the barrel. These ten entries will receive an invitation to attend the Kia Stonic Giveaway Gala, which will be held on Monday 30^th September 2024. The barrel will be cleared each Friday night after the weekly draw.
2. Members do not have to be in attendance to win a Gala Invitation.
3. The Kia Stonic Giveaway Gala is an exclusive event for Gala Invitation winners and 1 guest. The Gala will be held on Monday 30^th September 2024 from 6pm to 7.30pm in the Function Centre.
4. Upon entry at the Gala, Invitees will need to present their official Gala Invitation. In return for this invitation invitees will be given the opportunity to select an envelope containing a ticket, from a bucket. This envelope must be opened by the invitee and will either reveal an image of a car key or the terms “better luck next time”. There are 10 envelopes containing a ticket with the image of a car key. If your ticket reveals an image of a car key you must notify an official member of staff as you now have the chance to select a set of keys to open the Kia Stonic (the order of selection is determined by the order in which the tickets containing a car key are revealed).
5. At 7.30pm on the night of the Gala, the 10 Members who have a set of car keys will one by one attempt to open the Kia Stonic. The Member whose key opens the Kia Stonic, is the official winner of the car.
6. All 80 invitees and their guests will receive complementary canapés and refreshments as part of the Gala.

Entry is open to Warragul Country Club Members, aged 18 years or over. Entry is not open to employees or official Board Members of the Warragul Country Club or the agencies associated with this promotion.

Young Members 6 Hole Ambrose Results

Our first Young Members 6 Hole Ambrose Event was held on Friday 12th July. This event was specifically introduced to our golf program, to create a welcoming environment for our young golfers who are eager to participate in competitive play. The event focused on fostering a sense of camaraderie and skill development among our Junior Members.

The format of Ambrose golf was chosen for this event because it allows players of varying skill levels to contribute to their team’s success, reducing pressure and emphasizing enjoyment of the game. Throw in the added benefit of the large 8 inch size cup (normal size is 4.25 inches), which they found challenging yet fun.

By offering a supportive atmosphere and promoting the fun of golf, we hope the Young Members Ambrose inspires our young golfers to continue pursuing their passion for the sport, setting a foundation for future participation in competitive golf.

Congratulations to Alixzander Tauru, Harry Brown, Jack Debnam & Angus Oneill who took home first prize with a score of 12.7.

Second place was Lachlan Rosato, Riley O’Brien, Cooper Leighton & Alex Hare with a score of 13.1.

Third place was Riley Eastwell, Harry Savage, Hamish White & Evan Eastwell with a score of 14.5.
