2024 Bendigo Community Banks Annual Charity Golf Day – $35,000 Raised!
On Friday 23rd February 2024 we hosted the 2024 Bendigo Community Banks Annual Charity Golf Day, which raised a record breaking $35,000 for both the West Gippsland Hospital and the Warragul and District Specialist School.
 
The Club is proud to be involved in such a great community focused event and we congratulate everyone who was involved in making this event possible!

2024 All Gippsland Championships Results

2024 All Gippsland Championships Results
On Sunday, the all important Singles Championship was played over 36 holes in near perfect conditions with a small but talented field. The main event, the All Gippsland Singles Champion with scores of 71-80-151 is John Simic (Sale Golf Club) from up and coming Junior Lenny White with scores of 79-76-155.
 
Junior champion, Lenny White (Warragul) was crowned the All Gippsland Junior Champion from another promising Junior Arlen Peavey (Morwell Golf Club). A Grade 36 hole handicap was taken out by Lenny White (141 nett).
 
Golf West Gippsland, with the best juniors on the day taking the Carruthers Shield over South Gippsland Golf and Golf East Gippsland.

Winners Jason Hill & Glenn Barnes defeated Jim Mills & Daniel Edey 2 & 1 on Sunday 28th January.

Congratulations to both pairs in making the final and for the good spirit in which it was played.  Thank you to the Committee Representatives for refereeing on the day also.

AFL Footy Tipping Competition at the Warragul Country Club is back for 2024 and it is FREE for Members to enter! 

This years prizes are:
